Loretto Cold Service is an independent repair shop working only on Sub-Zero built-in refrigeration, wine storage and ice machines, in Mandarin and the neighbouring St. Johns riverfront.

## What independent means here

- EPA Section 608 certified technicians: Federal certification to recover, evacuate and charge sealed refrigeration systems. Required by law for anyone opening a sealed system, and genuinely held here.
- Independent shop, no dispatch fee: You speak to the person who will be standing in your kitchen, not a call centre routing the job to whoever is nearest.
- Sub-Zero built-in work only: Every day is spent on the same sealed systems, the same evaporator fans and the same control boards, in one product line.

We hold no manufacturer service appointment and we do not claim one. Where a manufacturer
programme is the right route for you — a sealed-system claim inside the original warranty, for
instance — we will say so on the phone rather than let you assume otherwise.
