- Parts we supplied for 365 days. Genuine OEM parts on every repair.

## Not covered

- A different fault on the same cabinet — that is a new diagnosis.
- Parts supplied by someone else, or later work carried out by someone else.
- Damage from a supply problem outside the appliance that was reported and declined at the time.
- Food loss and other consequential losses.
