This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no requests to any other server. What follows explains what that means and what happens to what you tell us on the phone.
What the website collects
Nothing. These pages are plain static files. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no embedded map, no social widget and no comment system. The typefaces are served from this site's own domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you visited.
No cookies are set by this site, and there is nothing here that would place one. There is no contact form, so there is no form data to store.
What the hosting provider sees
The site is served by a commercial hosting provider, and like any web server it processes the technical information a browser sends in order to deliver a page: an IP address, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. That is a normal part of how the web works and is outside our control. We do not receive, review or retain those logs.
What we hold when you call
If you telephone us, we write down what is needed to do the job: your name, the address of the appliance, a contact number, and a description of the fault. If you go ahead with a repair, we keep a record of the work and the parts fitted, because the warranty depends on it.
Those details are used to schedule and carry out the visit, to order parts, and to honour the warranty afterwards. They are not sold, rented, traded or passed to anyone for marketing. Where a part has to be ordered, the supplier is told what part is needed and where to send it, and nothing more.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as the warranty on the work could still be claimed, and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting obligations require. Enquiries that do not turn into a visit are not kept.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Telephone (904) 664-4866 during the hours on the contact page and say what you are asking for.
Changes to this page
If the site ever gains a contact form, an analytics tool or anything else that collects information, this page will be rewritten before that goes live rather than afterwards.
